Ages: GA is all ages. VIP is 21+
Re-Entry: Allowed with Valid ticket.

Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages will be served to those 21+ with a valid government-issued ID. You  must show your ID to a festival employee to get a 21+ wristband.
Food: Food trucks will be onsite.
Weather: The festival will take place rain or shine as we have the performances under a tent. In the instance that some performers transportation is delayed or cancelled due to weather, acts may change last minute.

What CAN you bring:

  • Go-Pros
  • Blankets
  • Bags for Makers Market
  • Disposable or amateur video & photography equipment
  • Costume accessories – may be inspected prior to entry. If denied, we will hold and return when you exit the event.
  • Small chairs – no more than 9 inches off ground
  • Parasols and small umbrellas

What CANT you bring:

  • No glass of any kind
  • No cooler
  • No weapons
  • No paint or paint markers
  • No illegal substances
  • No outside food or beverages
  • No oversized chairs
  • No large Umbrellas
  • No professional recording or photography equipment

High Tea

You are cordially invited to join the Lockport Oolong Protectorate Society at their High Tea. The Society has just returned from a spectacular tour of the major tea producing areas in China, Japan and India on their dirigible airship. We will welcome the members home from their triumphant voyage and sample the teas collected during their travels.

The society will be providing tea from some of oldest regions in the world and the birthplace of tea.

A relaxing atmosphere, delicious foods, music, games and of course tea will be provided to our guests. The best dressed guest with the best hat could win our High Tea Contest. Join us for the social gathering of the century and kick off the Ballyhoo in style!

Curate your own style with sundries from the eclectic market filled with hand-selected vendors who have a passion for creating, recycling, salvaging and restoring wonderful pieces of history. Speaking of passion, show us your best costume creations for your chance to win the costume contest (details to come) After you have worked up an appetite dancing shopping and carousing make your way to our food court for a festival snack.

The Gala Package elevates your experience with special events, surprises and more!

With VIP tent viewing area *, indoor lounge with live feed, Beer Tasting, separate food & Drink, VIP A/C bathrooms and MEET & GREET, with Steam Powered Giraffe, the VIP Gala Package allows you to experience the festival to its fullest.

The Gala begins at 5:00pm sharp and will start with a beer tasting, Meet and Greet with Steam Powered Giraffe, followed by a Buffett Style Dinner with late night snacks. Make sure to dress to impress so you and your squad can capture your memories in our LED Photo Cube and enter to win our COSTUME CONTEST. All VIP areas close at 11:00pm but venue is open until 2:00am. Do you like Tea? Start off your Saturday festivities by joining the Lockport Oolong Protectorate Society at their High Tea.
